Kevin Knapp and Matt Tolfrey have a decade and half of friendship together and even more experience in the music industry. They first worked together 10 years ago on a record for label Murmur - Kevin then went to feature on Matt’s debut album and their friendship stuck.

This long standing relationship has now led to Matt managing not only Kevin’s new label Plump, but Kevin himself. 

This session will cover all aspects of the music industry including getting signed to labels, looking after labels, working with high profile labels / artists, making music, successes and even failures.

Producer, DJ and Vocalist having released on seminal labels such as Hot Creations as well as DIRTYBIRD and Crosstown Rebels. More recently he has started his own imprint Plump with his creative partner and fiancé Hutch. Kevin has worked with a range of acts over his career including Jamie Jones, Carl Cox, Richy Ahmed, Matt Tolfrey, Hannah Wants, Pan-Pot & Audiojack and many more.
