Except as set out herein, pointblank shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of the Sites or in relation to the goods and/or services that we provide. Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of pointblank.
You agree to indemnify pointblank for any loss or damage that may be incurred by pointblank, including without limitation legal fees, arising from any breach by you of any warranty or other term herein or your misuse of any material or information obtained through the Sites. You further undertake to indemnify pointblank for all loss or damage incurred by pointblank in relation to any third party claim against pointblank for infringement of intellectual property rights arising in relation to your provision of materials to the Sites.
The brands, products and service names used or appearing within the Sites (including, without limitation, “pointblank") are the trade marks or trade names of pointblank or its trading partners unless otherwise stated. You agree and undertake not to attempt to damage, deny service to, hack, crack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere (collectively, "Interfere") with the Sites in any manner. If you in any way Interfere with the Sites, you agree to pay all damages incurred by pointblank. pointblank will cooperate with the authorities in prosecuting any User who Interferes with the Sites or otherwise attempts to defraud pointblank or any other parties through your use of the Sites or services provided via the Sites. pointblank reserves the right to deny any or all access or service to any User for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion. Your use of the Sites and/or the content creates no partnership, client, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof. There are no understandings, agreements, or representations, oral or written, not specified herein regarding this Agreement.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any relevant law, the remaining portions or provisions shall still remain valid and continue in full force and effect.
No waiver, express or implied, by either party of any term or condition or of any breach by the other of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of any breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be varied from time to time by our posting new terms on the Sites, and any such amendment will be applicable to all Users from the date and time such revised terms have been posted on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites or services constitutes agreement with and acceptance of any such amendment or other changes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

If you’re after independent cafes, quirky coffee shops, and diverse restaurants ranging from street food to fine dining, our London campus is the place to be. The area is renowned for its contemporary art scene, anchored by creative hubs, independent businesses and exciting nightlife. Hoxton Square, a historic green space, is surrounded by art spaces, bars, and restaurants, making it a focal point for the neighbourhood’s social life.
The nightlife in Hoxton and Shoreditch is particularly vibrant, with many bars, pubs, and music venues attracting a young, creative crowd. For forward-thinking club nights that feature artists known for challenging stereotypes and pushing genre boundaries, check out XOYO, Dalston Superstore and fabric amongst many more. For more easy-going, casual evenings, check out The Stag’s Head, conveniently located opposite our Orsman Road Campus, where we hold our regular Open Mic night.
Located no more than a five-minute walk from both Orsman Road and Penn Street studios, you will find Hoxton Street Market. Packed with street food trucks and quaint spots to eat and drink, it’s very likely this street will become a staple in your daily breaks.
Some of our favourites include Dal Fiorentino, serving authentic schiacciate, an authentic Italian flatbread from Tuscany filled with a wide range of delicious sweet and savoury fillings. All Hail Sabretooth prides itself on its bold flavours and big vibes. It is open as a café during the day and serves British Indian cuisine in the evenings. Rapsa @ 100 Hoxton is an Asian/Euro crossover dinner cuisine, with light lunches and weekend brunch. They also offer up cocktails, and we’d highly recommend the pork belly. If you’re looking to try classic cockney favourites like pie and mash, try Cooke’s Pie and Mash Shop. A little bit further into Shoreditch is The Blues Kitchen, which offers some great lunch deals, the venue also offers live music in the evenings. Check out Boxpark for a variety of delicious grub options including burgers, wings, dirty fries and more. Make sure you visit Keu for Korean sandwiches and rice boxes. For something a bit swankier, check out the Thai bar and grill, Smoking Goat.
If you're in need of a break and a caffeine boost, then there are a range of coffee establishments in the area. Bobo & Wild is a small independent trader with a plenty of coffee and snacks, perfect if you want to take a break in Shoreditch Park just across the road. 52A on Southgate Road is a cosy local coffee shop with a great range of sweet treats. A bit further down De Beauvoir Road is Batch Baby, who boast an impressive range of speciality coffee.
We are very lucky to be only a few minutes from the picturesque Regents Canal, where you can find plenty of cafes, lunch spots and restaurants nestled away from the hustle and bustle of London’s busy streets. Shoreditch Park is one of London's many green spaces and a lovely place to have lunch or take a break.
East London is renowned for its vintage shopping, and you can visit places like the Truman Brewery on Brick Lane for a variety of independent traders and designers. With a mix of established and independent brands, streetwear stores and various luxury boutiques, there’s plenty to explore nearby. Sister Ray, Love Vinyl and Rough Trade East are all available to fulfil your record shopping needs and are just a bus ride away.
