Events & Workshops
Our Wellbeing Team run termly events and workshops, designed to give our students the chance to connect with one another, and to look after alongside maintain their mental and physical wellbeing.
Wellbeing Meetings
These are available to book to ensure that the welfare of students who are experiencing emotional or physical difficulties affecting their mental health or wellbeing, have a confidential, safe space to access support and advice.
Tend VR
A Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy [MBCT] programme, which is used to reduce stress, negative thoughts and improve resilience. This service consists of 15-20 minute sessions via a headset that can be used at times convenient to you.
Counselling
Our free of charge Counselling Service is available to all pointblank students during their studies. A team of mental health professionals offer a confidential counselling service and the sessions take place either in-person at Haggerston HQ Therapy, Kingsland Road or via Zoom.
