Our Student Services team is here to help with any questions or concerns throughout your journey at point blank. Whether you need assistance with course access, timetables, or general student support, we are here to assist you. Below you can read about some of the ways in which we can help.
General Support
- Answering general student enquiries – all questions are welcome!
- Course Confirmation Letters/ proof of studies letters for Council Tax exemption and Student Bank Accounts
- Discounted travel for students (e.g TFL, National Railcard)
- Student ID cards and lanyards
- Assistance with logging into the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- Accessing course materials and recordings
- Student feedback and suggestions
Timetables & Attendance
- Questions about your course schedule or timetable
- Reporting absences
- Information on class cancellations and rescheduling
Wellbeing & Academic Support
- Signposting to the Wellbeing or Academic Support teams
